“It’s my intention the federal government will pay for the entire cost of reconstructing that bridge,” he said.
The President expressed his condolences to those affected by the incident and praised the first responders who risked their lives to assist.
“To the people of Baltimore, I want to say we are with you, we are going to stay with you as long as it takes.”
