00:04 there should be inclusivity in everything that we do because it promotes a healthier environment,

00:10 it promotes a healthier society, a happier society. So let's include everyone.

00:17 Oh, I'm crying. Because I'm not preparing a speech. Normally, I prepare, you know, a speech

00:24 whenever I receive something, a recognition and stuff like that. But earlier, I just found out

00:30 that I'm going to give a speech. But the beauty of not preparing is you speak from the heart,

00:38 you know? So earlier when I received the award, I spoke from my heart and I didn't know what I said,

00:43 but I knew that my heart was speaking on behalf of me and on behalf of the LGBTQIA+ community.

00:50 So I'm so happy. Influence, you know, influence is power. It's power to, it depends on you,

00:57 how you're going to use it. It's power to empower, power to inspire. You can even use this influence

01:05 as a power to destruct, a power to destroy, a power to belittle people. But it's really up to

01:13 you how you're going to use your influence for the good.

01:16 Maybe they think that women are weak, they're not strong, or they can't do certain things.

01:24 I think we should be all equal, women and men, everything in between.

01:28 We all have the ability as a person. So we shouldn't have bias against anyone,

01:34 even to the members of the LGBTQIA+ community, because we are also strong.
