00:09 the Associated Press reports

00:10 that a Los Angeles Superior Court

00:12 has dissolved their three-year marriage as of March 19th.

00:16 According to court documents obtained by the AP,

00:19 the two separated more than a year ago,

00:21 and due to them not having children

00:23 or significant legal disputes,

00:25 the filing was able to move quickly

00:27 through the court system.

00:29 Under the agreement, which was decided upon in October,

00:32 Ariana will reportedly make a one-time payment

00:35 of $1,250,000 to Dalton with no future alimony,

00:40 give him half of the proceeds from their Los Angeles home,

00:44 and will pay up to $25,000 towards his attorney fees.

00:48 E! News has reached out to Ariana's rep for comment

00:51 and hasn't heard back.

00:52 As fans recall, Ariana and Dalton first sparked

00:55 romance rumors in early 2020,

00:58 when he appeared in her music video "Stuck With U,"

01:01 a collab she did with Justin Bieber.

01:04 The next year, the couple announced they tied the knot

01:06 in May of 2021 at her home in California.

01:20 citing irreconcilable differences,

02:19 to exist within the album because it's, yeah,

02:22 just an important piece of the puzzle to me.

02:25 And I'm happy to acknowledge it.

02:28 I really am, and the efforts,

02:30 and that it just was not correct.

03:23 and not carry that version of you

03:26 that I had when I was upset.

03:27 I don't need to carry that version.

03:32 It's a beautiful thing to come to terms with.
