I've Always Wanted Tanimu - Finidi Speaks On Super Eagles' New Entrant's Performance

Super Eagles interim coach, Finidi George, has revealed why he invited Tanzania-based Nigerian Footballer, Benjamin Tanimu, for the friendly match against Ghana and Mali.

Finidi Speaks after Super Eagles 2-1 victory over Ghana at the Grande Stade de Marrakech, Morocco on Friday.

The ex-Eagles international who also doubles as Enyimba of Aba's coach said, Tanimu has always been on his raider since the player was at Bendel Insurance.

Also speaking post-match, Super Eagles Cyriel Dessers says the match against the Black Stars of Ghana will change the course for prospects.

Cyriel scored Nigeria's first goal from the spot kick in the 38th minute, he was substituted for Ademola Lookman in the second half.

Cyriel speaking to journalists after the game said, "It's a good feeling scoring Nigeria's first goal, and against Ghana also makes it more exciting.
