BB's Boutique celebrate their one year anniversary at Perton Farm barns, Wolverhampton.

00:00 Hi there, welcome to BB's Boutique. I am Kirsty and I am Paula. So we are the founders of

00:07 BB's Boutique. We launched our brand three years ago from just having a little chat and

00:13 thinking we need to do something that we're going to absolutely love. So we launched it

00:18 and the business has just grown and grown. So we first started by just putting together

00:23 a few little accessories and clothing and we worked from your house, didn't we?

00:28 We did. Amazing. We started off inviting ladies in for little parties basically and our wonderful

00:35 customers just grew and grew and grew, didn't they?

00:37 Yep, so we've got a private group on Facebook which enables us to then protect our ladies,

00:43 all the ladies that are in the group and we've got 5,100 at the moment which is absolutely

00:47 brilliant. They're just all amazing. They all look after each other, they all compliment

00:51 each other, lots of our ladies post their outfits on the page. So it's absolutely brilliant.

00:56 We do have a business page as well where you can find us on Facebook, BB's Boutique. It's

01:01 a black and white logo that we've got shown all over the boutique but then you join our

01:06 group and then you kind of become part of our little gang, well, our growing gang now.

01:11 But we are celebrating our first anniversary of our new premises. So a year ago today we

01:17 moved into this beautiful barn which is based on Jenny Walker's Lane, Perton Farm Barns.

01:23 We've got two really spacious changing rooms, we've got two bathrooms, our ladies come in,

01:28 they have a coffee, they have a chat, we have a little glass of a second, that will do us

01:31 today to celebrate this amazing occasion. And we've just got just such a lovely group

01:37 of ladies. They are so special to us. So we cater for all ages and we cater for all sizes.

01:44 The ladies will come in and they'll say there isn't anything for us in here and we spend

01:49 some time with them and it's very rare somebody leaves our boutique without purchasing anything

01:54 with a smile on their face as well. We have got a lovely lady in the fitting room,

01:58 she's too shy to come out and I'd love you to hear her story. But Helen joined us,

02:02 when did you join us Helen? October last year, September, October last year.

02:07 Yeah and Helen came in not really fussed about makeup, not really fussed about fashion and is

02:13 now one of our most regular customers. She's with us all the time, she's got an amazing wardrobe,

02:19 she's so confident, she'll say I've never posted anything and now she posts her pictures

02:23 up on the group and gets lots of compliments. So she's just one of many of our wonderful ladies

02:28 that just helped us to grow our group, that we've become friends with and just built a

02:33 lovely little community. Yeah we have a Christmas party every year don't we?

02:37 Yeah we have a Christmas party which is always fun, you can imagine all these ladies in the

02:41 room, it's just brilliant. We do have a few gents as well don't we? It's a bit wild that night.

02:45 And we have a fashion show don't we once a year as well, which is amazing and our customers are

02:50 our models aren't they? Yeah so our models are from petite to curve for our fashion show,

02:55 again from younger to more mature. It sells out really really quickly and we always raise money

03:01 for a charity so we've supported Compton Care, we've supported The Haven, we've supported

03:05 Promised Dreams and today we will be doing something, we're doing a raffle on that.

03:09 Yeah so it's five pound a ticket, ladies have been donating, we launched it last night through

03:13 the night they've been donating and this morning for The Haven and Compton Care which we really

03:18 appreciate. So they can win some vouchers and some prosecco and different things. So it's all

03:22 very exciting but we're just having the best time, it's hard work, it's never-ending but we just

03:28 we just love it don't we? We do love it yeah and thank you to all our amazing customers really.
