Eddie Henderson - album Inside out 1974
  • mese scorso
Like his predecessor the second album by American jazz-fusion trumpeter Eddie Henderson trends towards funkier rhythms in a new concept of times and tones, and relating to all those influences processing African and European jazz sounds. The music is still of the psychedelic experimental kind but pushed towards spacey jazz by the drumming and the bass and of course the synthesizer's wizardy by Gleeson and Herbie Hancocks keyboards, the perfect fusion-jazz-funky paths for Henderson's trumpet and cornet.

Eddie Henderson - trumpet, cornet, flugelhorn.
Bennie maupin - clarinet, bass clarinet, flute, alto flute, piccolo, tenor saxophone.
Herbie Hancock - Fender Rhodes, clavinet, organ.
Patrick Gleeson - synthesizer.
Buster Williams - acoustic bass, electric bass.
Bill Summers - congas.
Eric Gravatt, Billy Hart - drums.
