00:13 because there's no boundaries or limits to what a character can do,

00:19 what a story can do, and the elements within a story.

00:23 Like, you can--there's no questioning of why did the door just randomly slam open.

00:28 Like, you can play with the world, you can play with the sensory and the psychological nature of an entire world.

00:34 And I love that you're not limited in a horror genre space.

00:38 It's a miracle.

00:48 That's what really drew me to Immaculate to begin with,

00:51 was that a lot of the horrors and the fears, especially for Cecilia, were grounded in reality.

00:58 Where I think that it's going to be a discussion and up for debate of how people perceive this film,

01:06 and they're like, "Oh, it is supernatural. Oh, no, it's mankind."

01:11 And just kind of play with what they think the message of the film is.
