00:33 The garnishy proceedings were filed against MAIWP in November 2021 after Prasarana Selatan

00:38 Sindiran Berhad, appointed to build a mosque in Sungai Besi costing 8.8 million ringgit,

00:44 refused to pay up on a judgment obtained by the supplier three years earlier.

00:48 The garnished sum was claimed against a project performance bond worth 440,000 ringgit held

00:54 by MAIWP pending completion of the project.

00:58 The order was issued by the Johor Bahru High Court on appeal after the Sessions Court dismissed

01:02 the initial application in June 2022.

01:05 In December last year, MAIWP failed to obtain leave from the Court of Appeal to appeal against
