Semi Truck Has Half Its Load Fallen on Ground in Parking Lot

A semi-truck loaded with topsoil had a messy incident. Half the load fell into the parking lot and a forklift trying to get the load back on the truck was stuck to its side, unable to unload itself to the ground.
