Sexual harassment is still common in workplaces, with employers urged to step up

Whether it's the type of language being used, inappropriate questions about your personal life or being subjected to unwanted attention and looks; in the last five years more than four million people have experienced sexual harassment at work across the country. Those incidents are higher in male-dominated sectors like construction. Today, a federally funded campaign is launching to help employers take proactive action to prevent harassment in the workplace before it has a chance to happen.
