00:15 We can introduce a 20% blend from 1st April 2025, which will mean that the UK meets its

00:21 carbon four and five budget for off-grid homes. Again, cost to consumer, approximately two

00:26 pence per litre. We think it's an excellent opportunity.

00:29 We'd like the certificates to be traded between RTFO and RLFHO. Again, there's no reason why

00:34 that couldn't be introduced very, very quickly.

00:39 You will require a lot of vegetable oil to do that. The UK rate acreage is down 60% because

00:44 of pest disease problems. Will we have to import a lot more?

00:51 It is imported, and I will submit this paper later to the committee. We commissioned a

00:54 report by Portland Analytics using data from the Imperial College London and using data

01:00 from the US Energy Centre, which again concludes that there is more than enough feedstock to

01:06 supply the UK and Ireland heating requirements using biofuel. In this instance, hydro-treated

01:12 vegetable oil. HVO is the one we're currently working with.

01:16 We already have co-processing in Teesside and Humber. We have two companies in Northern

01:21 Ireland talking to Invest Northern Ireland about producing it locally in the North West,

01:26 dairy/London dairy for the audience. We do believe there is a real potential.
