"Let's talk about confidentiality" is a new report focussing on non-disclosure-agreements, or NDAs, in sexual harassment settlements. The research looks at whether the legal profession has taken on board the recommendations of the Australian human rights commission "respect at work" report from 2020 and more recent guidelines on NDAs.
