Miley Cyrus and Pharrell release music video for new single 'Doctor (Work It Out).' Multiple high-profile layoffs put in motion as Universal Music Group rebuilds. Several executives have been reportedly laid off by UMG as part of the company's initiative to restructure. The layoffs have taken place within multiple UMG departments and labels including Interscope, Republic, Capitol, Def Jam and Island according to Billboard. Shakira's new album set to include appearances by Cardi B, Tiësto, and Grupo Frontera. The album titled Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran (Women No Longer Cry) is set to release on March 22.
