00:03 I know there's a great community around Burgess Hill of people who are mindful of the challenges that our world is facing at the moment
00:10 and are keen to shop in a way that helps to reduce our impact on the environment
00:14 by reducing food waste, reducing plastic and minimising unnecessary packaging.

00:30 but also bringing people together through events and workshops to share and learn together.
