Trump's Attorneys Push for Disqualification of Willis and Wade in Election Case, as Hearing Is Scheduled to Revisit Testimony
  • 2 months ago
A hearing is set for Tuesday in Fulton County to consider reopening testimony from attorney Terrence Bradley in the case concerning election interference and efforts to disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis. Bradley previously refuted claims by others that Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade did not have a personal relationship before Willis appointed Wade. Bradley is said to have non-privileged knowledge that the romantic relationship between Wade and Willis began before Willis became DA. Judge Scott McAfee recently met with Bradley and notified attorneys some communications between Wade and Bradley do not fall under attorney-client privilege.
