00:00 So I'm here with Valentine skipper Harry Lane back again as skipper.

00:03 Mate, what's been some sort of goals discussed for the team this year through preseason?

00:09 What's your main sort of focus?

00:11 Our focus for this season is mainly the finals.

00:14 We want to be around that top five position.

00:16 I think with the squad we've got, we've brought in Calburn again and I think he's a great addition to the squad.

00:21 We've brought in a Maitland player Tyrell Paulson.

00:24 He'll be a great new addition to the squad and the best thing he's done is he's built our youth up

00:29 and we've got a lot of good young boys coming through.

00:32 So definitely with the squad depth we've got this year, I think it's definitely a top five as you have goals.

00:36 I was talking to Hugh's the other day, so you've got a few in, a few out,

00:43 obviously some big ins with Calby, a couple of international type players as well.

00:49 Are they going to be the big changes for you this year, Calby and the international guys?

00:53 Yeah, I think so. I think definitely Calby's going to make it a massive addition.

00:56 Two years ago when he was with us he was great and I guess you could see last year he sort of fell off a bit when we lost him.

01:02 But yeah, we've got this new international boy as well, Hoss.

01:05 We haven't been able to see him, he's been injured in pre-season,

01:08 so hopefully in the next few weeks we'll be able to start seeing what he's like.

01:11 But I think another big addition is the young boys.

01:14 We've got two really good young boys from the Jets and I think they'll be a big addition.

01:18 Excellent. And who are they mate? Which ones are those?

01:20 We've got Isaac Preston-Poole and Jordan Gould.

01:23 And yeah, I think Isaac is 16 and he's definitely built.

01:26 He's 20/21 though, he's nice, big and strong.

01:29 He's got one to watch.

01:30 He's definitely one to watch.

01:31 Righto. And so you've still got a core of the group from last year,

01:35 so any of those come up as the most annoying team-mate or one of the new blokes taken over?

01:40 I reckon definitely one of the older boys.

01:42 I reckon Cooper Stegen, he joined us last year.

01:45 I think he's a bit of a pest around training and likes to jeer everyone up.

01:49 But I definitely think even Nick Harmon, on the assistant coach now,

01:53 he was a player last year and he's moved into the assistant coach role and he's definitely a pest.
