Seattle Police Arrest 12-year-old, 13-year-old Boys After Carjacking at Gunpoint, Pursuit

Seattle police have arrested a 12-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy after they stole a car from a woman at gunpoint, tried to steal a car from a man at gunpoint and then led officers on a chase before trying to run away.
