Congo- Jungle Fever - Deadliest Journeys

00:00 In South Kivu in Congo, the city of Shabunda is one of the most isolated cities in the country. Access to it is so difficult that life there is more expensive than in any European city. So the poorest families come to get food there by bicycle or motorbike. These travelers sometimes transport up to 250 kg of goods in a few days without worrying about danger. Never giving up, these tourists are almost universally considered heroes because "those who do not travel do not know the value of men", according to the Congolese.
