Wales headlines 12 February: motorcyclist killed in North Wales & Shania Twain to perform at Chepstow

North Wales Police are seeking potential witnesses after a motorcyclist was killed on Saturday in a collision with a car between Rhyd-Ddu and Beddgelert. The incident on the A4085 involved a grey Ford Fiesta and a Black Yamaha motorcycle.
Next and Friends of Wrexham Cemetery are hoping to encourage locals to try their hand at genealogical research. Copies of Welsh Family History Research: A Beginner’s Guide will be available for visitors to the cemetery to discover more about their ancestors and learn more about Welsh history.
And finally, Shania Twain will be heading to Chepstow Racecourse to headline her first ever show in Wales at Chepstow Summer Sessions. She is the latest headliner to be announced, joining the likes of Tom Jones and Hozier for the session in July.
