A man is helping to honour the memory of his 14-month-old nephew by composing a rap to spread awareness of a rare condition.  Jordan Rodgers composed a rap to raise awareness of Kawasaki disease following the death of nephew Tommy Rodgers in Stamford.

00:08 When I heard the news, my heart dropped into my stomach and I prayed it was lies

00:11 Such a happy little boy, we brought the cheer and happiness to our lives

00:14 I sat up late at night, looking up at the sky and questioning why

00:17 Why were you too great for the world and needed by the power above

00:20 Of sitting up there, you can hear and feel all the people that are sending you love

00:24 40 months within our presence but your name and spirit will forever live on

00:27 Until I'm old and I'm grey, I'll be carrying your name along

00:32 The brightest star in the sky, forever shining and bringing us the light from above
