A Winter Soiree celebrating the new year and the official launch of LATINAS ACTING UP, a platform and powerful movement of Latinas in the entertainment industry joining forces to share the impact of their collective voices. Co-founders Diana Maria Riva and Lisa Vidal created L.A.U. to provide support, mentorship, resources, and community for Latinas in all stages of their entertainment industry careers. With over 4K Instagram followers and 300 registered members, Latinas Acting Up quickly captured media attention from their undeniable and vibrant presence on the picket lines during the 2023 SAG-AFTRA Strike, having been featured in various publications such as Hollywood Reporter, Deadline, Variety, Vogue, L.A. Times De Los, Hip Latina and more. L.A.U. is dedicated to growing as creatives and leaders in the field, while raising visibility of Latinas in the industry. The L.A.U.
