Prisons Dept to allow CNY visits on Feb 12 and 13

Prisoners' families will be allowed to visit them on Feb 12 and 13 in conjunction with Chinese New Year.
Aside from face-to-face visits on those two days, families may also meet inmates online via video call over the Feb 14-16 period.
