00:59 attended a conference in Goa to discuss establishing a Hindu Rashtra in India.

01:04 The Akhil Bhartiya Hindu Rashtra Adhivetan was the first such event,

01:08 a national conference, for the establishment of such a Rashtra.

01:13 During the conference, Hindutva ideologue Charudatta Pingale

01:17 gave a picture of the Hindu Rashtra as he conceived it,

01:21 from incorporating a subtle dimension in judicial process

01:26 to rewriting Indian history.

01:28 His depiction of a Hindu Rashtra covered almost every aspect of public

01:33 and even private life.

01:35 According to him, the laws in the Hindu Rashtra will look after Hindu interests.

01:41 Religious conversions will be banned.

01:44 Policemen will be devoted to the nation and dharma.

01:48 There will be no reservations.

01:50 There will not be any strikes, protests or rallies.

01:54 Farmers will produce only those goods that aid national progress.

02:00 Strong laws will be passed to check infiltration

02:04 and the borders will be secured.

02:06 Economic policies would be based on Kautilya's wisdom

02:09 and the pivotal point of societal well-being would be dharma, not law.
