00:27 around all the houses nearby.

00:33 We managed to corner her with the help of the neighbors.

01:09 She'd had her temperature taken.

01:11 She'd had deworming, de-flea, all that sort of thing.

01:15 So I left her in the crate, the blanket, in our garage

01:21 And I literally left her.

01:23 I knew she would probably need the space

01:26 to get used to what the heck had just happened to her.

01:34 Hi, you want to come out?

01:36 Hi, tail wag.

01:40 Little by little, she'd come out of the garage door

01:42 and have a sniff around.

01:43 Hello.

01:47 The moment she kind of came into the garden

01:53 and sat around us, you could almost see her yawn and stretch

02:00 and let go of a lot of worry and anxiety.

02:05 That was the moment we kind of went,

02:07 there's so much potential for this dog to find a family

02:11 and just have the most improved life.

02:16 Where's granddad?

02:18 You haven't even said hi.

02:20 He's in love with you.

02:23 Yes.

02:24 My dad is a huge dog lover.

02:28 He was contemplating adopting a dog.

02:31 I think he instantly fell in love,

02:34 because she was very warm to him instantly.

02:39 I felt really bad to call him a few days later and say,

02:44 actually, we've all fallen in love with her.

02:46 And I think that maybe we're going to keep her.

02:50 But he was OK with it.

02:51 Oh, you're such a good boy.

02:55 She fitted in beautifully and kind of worked out for my father

03:00 as well, because he gets to see her as much as he likes.
