Burnley boss Vincent Kompany believes that managers like Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp make the game better as they push the boundaries every day.

00:15 The biggest thing is Klopp said himself he didn't see it coming necessarily.

00:21 And to have the honesty about it, like he did, that's the hardest part.

00:26 Because everybody, it doesn't matter how much money you've made in your life, everybody

00:29 likes the next paycheck.

00:32 And he could have carried on.

00:34 And so I think it speaks a lot about his character.

00:38 But I'm sure he'll have, because I'm back onto Klopp now, I'm sure he'll have a blast

00:45 over three, four months now left to the season.

00:48 He'll remember everything he's experienced in between now.

00:50 He'll enjoy everything he's experienced in between now and the end of the season, no

00:54 doubt.

00:55 It's always like, you see people as superhuman sometimes, although they're human, but sometimes

01:02 you see them as superhuman.

01:03 So who am I to discuss any kind of limits to people that are pushing boundaries every

01:12 But I know those are very, very personal questions.

01:14 From my side, I wish him and I wish these guys longevity because they make the game

01:23 better.

01:26 And then the rest, it's so, so personal.

01:29 I'm sure that somewhere along the way, Sir Alex Ferguson came to those same moments,

01:34 right, in his life.

01:36 He did.

01:37 He did, yeah.

01:38 Yeah.

01:39 And it's just, whatever gives you that extra bit of, I'm ready to go again.

01:45 And sometimes it's reinventing yourself, sometimes it's reinventing your staff, it's reinventing

01:50 It comes in so many different forms and it's so personal.

01:57 And that's why I wouldn't put anyone in a category, everyone is very different.

02:19 Let's put it this way, he's not.

02:24 And I met Sir Alex Ferguson not so long ago and for all the talk about him retiring, when

02:30 I spoke to him, I didn't feel he was retired.

02:33 He's still...

02:34 He's still got that fire and desire.

02:36 Yeah, he's still as sharp as he gets, he still has that fire.

02:39 So those are very personal things, but those are very special people as well.
