Taiwan's First 'Climate Constitutional Litigation' Against Government

The Environmental Rights Foundation, along with representatives of Indigenous groups, farmers and children who are most vulnerable to the impacts of the climate crisis, are demanding short- and mid-term targets on reducing emissions under Taiwan's climate law.
