常在你左右 Always Be With You 2017
Always Be With You is a 2017 Hong Kong supernatural horror film written and directed by Herman Yau Lai-to (邱禮濤). It is the 20th instalment in the Troublesome Night film series and was produced specially to mark the 20th anniversary of the first movie. The film stars Louis Koo Tin-lok (古天樂), Julian Cheung Chi-lam (張智霖), Gordon Lam Ka-tung (林家棟), Charlene Choi Cheuk-yin (蔡卓妍) and Charmaine Sheh Sze-man (佘詩曼).
David (Julian) was drunk and lost control of his car to opposite lane. The Off-Duty Police Officer, Sam (Louis) was driving his wife Ah Si (Charmaine) and his aunt (罗兰 Law Lan), able to avoid the collision and kept safe by switching their steering wheel immediately. David’s car smashed Patrick (林德信Alex Lam Tak Shun)’s car on opposite lane eventually. Patrick was killed. Ms Xiao Hung (廖羽翹 Ava Liu Yu-kiu) after breaking up with her boyfriend, she committed suicide by jumping off a building and hit exactly on the top of Patrick’s car.
The crematorium worker, Zhi Qiang (Gordon), he steals a pair of 24K gold bracelets from funerary objects for praying his debts. Patrick’s wife, Yu Yin (Charlene) would like to fulfill his husband last wish in running the vacation house. However, a series of strange cases kept on reoccuring at this house. And Jaime (李靜儀 Heidi Lee Jing-yi)’s vinyl is kept to appear at Sam and Ah Si’s apartment even though they had thrown it away few times. Those people who are involved in the car accident are tied with strange events.
