A worker at a brick kiln is going to contest the election in 2024 and open an office at the kiln.
Shehbaz Hussain, a labourer at a brick kiln, is going to contest the election from PP-30 Gujrat. Shehbaz contested the 2013 and 2018 elections with the ticket of the All Pakistan Muslim League but didn’t win a seat. This time, Shehbaz Hussain is going to contest the election as an independent candidate.
Speaking with Urdu Point anchor Shahid Bashir Kambooh, Shehbaz Hussain added that he wants to work for poor people. The other brick kiln workers are in charge of the Shehbaz electoral campaign. Shehbaz set up an office at brick kiln, and workers raised money to sponsor the campaign.
