Ukraine, Russia trade barbs in fatal plane crash

Russia and Ukraine are in a dispute over a military transport plane that crashed, with Moscow claiming it was carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war and was shot down by Kyiv. The crash occurred in Russia's Belgorod region, killing all 74 on board, including 65 POWs.
