North Korea tests new cruise missile

North Korea announces the first flight test of a new cruise missile amid escalating tensions with the United States and neighboring countries, a day after South Korea reported the North firing several cruise missiles into its western coast. The North Korean Central News Agency revealed the Pulhwasal-3-31 missile was being developed but assured that it poses no threat to neighbors yet.
