00:00 The traditional is one that has like structure, hierarchy, and there's a big keef, and there's

00:06 people, lieutenants type of stuff, you know, and they have a book where you can get out,

00:15 can't get out, certain things you have to do to get out. Everything is structured,

00:19 is written out. There's policies and procedures and stuff like that.

00:22 Wow, they like form like a whole organization. It sounds like the mafia too. The mafia is a gang.

00:29 Yeah, it definitely is. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Hey, lady, go train. Yeah.

00:34 So, again, the mafia is a gang. So, that's the traditional gang, gangs of New York,

00:41 you know, gangs of back in the days. And then the non-traditional is where they don't have some sort

00:48 of hierarchy or anything like that. They run, but you know what the procedures are, you know,

00:56 but it's not written, nothing written. Traditional one has, it's really organized, I would say.

01:00 And a hybrid is a bunch of different ones coming together. And it's just,

01:06 you know how you just happen to just do it and you just follow something, it's nothing written,

01:11 nothing, no rules. Okay, so sort of like you got the Bloods, but then you got the Crips,

01:16 and then you got the Piru, and you got this version of it, and you got that street. And

01:20 is that, I guess, the hybrids, the ones that are kind of like...

01:24 They just develop over the, like, it's not something that's strict.

01:28 It's kind of like an organic, like, offshoot. So, kind of like a neighborhood thing, like,

01:34 if y'all all a part of the same, like, neighborhood of the same block, then it just becomes like an

01:38 organization or group or something? Yeah, something like that. It's nothing like,

01:43 you know how you have a hybrid type of car? Yeah.

01:46 It just does happen, you just do it and then... Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:50 Formal, it's nothing formal, that's what it is. Informal.
