00:05 Well I do have a strong opinion on the Royal Mail itself. The Royal Mail has now been privatised

00:11 and as a result of that we can expect to see more changes implemented like this.

00:14 The same money for less service because it's now a for-profit organisation as opposed to being

00:20 something which was a public service and one of the best public services in the world of its kind.

00:34 would affect you personally? It's not something that would affect me personally but I think it

00:39 would affect some people simply because not everybody has the internet in terms of ordering

00:46 online, accessing emails, social media, all that kind of stuff. So I think it's wrong and also

00:56 I did buy some stamps a couple of weeks ago. In terms of my job I had to send some mail out

01:06 but stamps a pound each and you can't buy a single stamp you've got to buy a full book.

01:13 So I think it's pretty outrageous and I think the post office make enough money

01:20 to keep Saturday postal deliveries active.
