The WWE champ reflects on becoming a superstar

00:00 When did you realize this was your passion? When did you realize that WWE was your calling?
00:04 So it's funny, I was actually wrestling for two years when I was 15.
00:10 So I started wrestling when I was 15 and I didn't go with the intention to become a WWE superstar
00:17 because I didn't think that was an attainable goal.
00:20 How does a girl who's failed to PE and been a little, like, just a chubby kid her whole life,
00:27 how does she become a WWE superstar? And I asked myself that.
00:31 But I loved it. And there was nothing that gave me such drive and such purpose.
00:39 And after two years of just wrestling and trying my hardest and getting better at something
00:45 and finally dedicating myself to something for the first time in my life,
00:48 I was like, "Oh no, this is it. This is what I want to do."
