Radio presenter Sian Welby has been announced as the new co-host on This Morning following Holly Willoughby’s exit. The radio star, who is currently the host of Capital Breakfast alongside Roman Kemp and Chris Stark, is previously known for her work on the BBC, Channel 5 and ITV. The show has been searching for presenters to replace Holly Willoughby, who announced her departure from the show last October. At the time, Willoughby said: “To everyone who has ever worked on the show over the years, thank you so so much. This is such a difficult goodbye, you are incredible and I forever will be proud of what we've done together. Thank you to everyone at ITV for being supportive. To every guest who has sat on our sofa, thank you.”Welby has made previous appearances on the show as a showbiz reporter and will now be taking on the role of co-host, presenting alongside Dermot O’Leary.
