Palestinians lose faith and hope in the international community

Noor Harazeen, teleSUR reporter, advises that after 106 days of the Israeli siege on the population of the Gaza Strip, Palestinian citizens are calling for an end to the attacks. Humanitarian aid to Gaza is insufficient to care for all those affected by the bombing. teleSUR

00:21 Palestinians here on the ground reached a point where they just want to cope with the

00:26 current situation.

00:27 They have lost faith and hope in the international community, in the UN resolutions, and specifically

00:34 on the Arab leaders, as they thought maybe the Arab leaders would intervene and bring

00:43 peace to this piece of land here in Gaza.

00:48 For this day, Israeli forces continue their attacks on Gaza from its north to its south,

00:55 in one Israeli strike on a residential home next to the Ashifa Hospital.

01:00 Fifteen people were killed, including women and children.

01:05 Also, there has been several Israeli tanks attack and the warplanes attack in and around

01:12 the Al-Nasr Hospital, forcing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians inside the Al-Nasr

01:17 Hospital to evacuate outside of the hospital, even though evacuation is not easy, it is

01:24 not safe.

01:25 That's why most of the medical staff, patients, and journalists are still inside, besieged

01:30 inside the Al-Nasr Hospital.

01:33 Here in Rafah, the situation is also deteriorating, as most of the pressure now is on the hospitals

01:39 in Rafah, even though Egypt allowed four trucks of humanitarian aid, medicine aid, to enter

01:46 the Gaza Strip.

01:47 But until now, this aid was not distributed on the hospitals, and this is making the situation

01:54 and the struggle for Palestinians here on the ground even harder.
