This week, I had the pleasure of being invited down to Ma Boyle's Alehouse and Winery to taste their famous Scouse dish. I might not be from Liverpool myself, but having a Scouse mother and nana I have been served the city delicacy on numerous occasions.

Ma Boyle's is situated just of Water Street, tucked away in a charismatic corner right next to the gardens of the Church of Our Lady and Saint Nicholas. The location is beautiful with the view of the iconic Liver Birds just a short walk away.

00:00 Come with me to Mar Boyle's Ale House and Eatery. We kindly got invited down to taste the famous
00:07 scouse. I personally have never been here before and having a scouse family I was so excited to
00:13 taste the scouse. It's just off Water Street by St Nick's Church Gardens and it's really cozy in
00:20 the corner. It's a gorgeous space and like a gorgeous location. From the get-go the service
00:26 was amazing. They actually couldn't do enough for us from when we walked in to when we left.
00:31 It was just perfect. My grandad Jamo got the traditional scouse dish whilst I opted for
00:37 something a little bit different with the scouse pie. Both were amazing and I'm not really a pie
00:43 sort of girl but wow I'd have it again tonight. All in all the end verdict was that we are coming
00:50 here for my graduation dinner. We will come again and our bellies were full to the rim after our meal.
00:56 Can't fault it at all.
