00:28 Major delays in New York City, but still some major delays with some bands of heavier snow

00:32 around Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, D.C.

00:35 I think that snow is going to come down heavy here over the next, well, at least moderately

00:40 over the next few hours.

00:42 Things will start to wind down with that snow as we head toward the early afternoon hours.
