We went for a look behind the gates at Blackpool Pleasure Beach on a chilly winters day when it is closed to the public.
Rollercoasters are all stripped down and, if necessary, repaired and repainted by hand.
The park may be quiet, but it is full of activity as staff prepare for the 2024 season.
