An unboxing and customer review and closer look and demo or demonstration of how I use my new Trideer yoga blocks and I like this fitness equipment for my home gym to do push ups on and planche work for gymnastics and calisthenics training and I am a gymnast and gymnastics coach for 30 plus years and do a fair amount of fitness training to try and stay in shape.
