00:00 First up for your What's On guide for our region is the Rocky Horror Show coming to

00:06 Palace Theatre from the 23rd to the 28th of January. The legendary rock and roll musical

00:11 is returning to Manchester as part of a sellout worldwide tour, having been seen by over 30

00:17 million people.

00:19 Next up, Sea Life Manchester is introducing the public to its turtle rescue mission, where

00:23 you can find out exactly how the centre finds, feeds, tracks and helps turtles. The family

00:29 friendly activity is ongoing until the 4th of February and you can join in the turtle

00:33 rescue mission included in the general admission ticket price.

00:38 And finally, fitness coach, presenter and author Joe Wicks is coming to Manchester's

00:42 Aviva Studios between the 26th and 28th of January.

00:46 Move Manchester has a series of fitness and self-care activities for all ages and abilities,

00:52 including a PE session, a HIIT workout and yoga.
