NGCP exec answers media queries on WVisayas blackout

National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) Vice President and Spokesman Cynthia Alabanza answers queries from the media on the alleged inadequacies of the grid operator and proposals to split its grid and transmission system duties. Alabanza attended the investigation into the blackout in Western Visayas by the House Committee on Energy at the Batasang Pambansa Complex on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024.
