00:18 And so what the studies have shown is that after two years,

00:22 You're likely to go back to old habits.

00:24 So what I think we need... It's not addressing it.

00:26 We need is a permanent solution,

00:27 either to address the emotional reasons why we eat,

00:29 not everyone, but me personally.
