02:51 Yes.
02:52 We have a guest today,
02:54 one of them is from the Masjid Limbungan Al Ihsan class.
03:01 Masjid Al Ihsan class, right?
03:04 Masjid Al Ihsan.
03:05 Masjid Al Ihsan class.
03:08 Limbungan, Melaka.
03:09 I'm not sure if I pronounced it correctly.
03:10 Melaka.
03:11 How are you?

03:13 Insha'Allah.
03:15 Is Asal Pedas there?
03:17 We have to go there.

03:20 And beside it,
03:21 Yes, and beside it,
03:22 Nismillah.
03:23 Nismillah, the neighbour.

03:29 Assalamualaikum, Murekatul.

03:32 Don't forget to join the Istiqamah group as well.
03:35 Where is the Istiqamah group?
03:36 At the back?
03:37 Yes.
03:38 Oh.
03:39 Alhamdulillah.
03:40 And Alhamdulillah to all of you who are at home,
03:42 in office,
03:43 wherever you are,
03:44 we pray that Allah grants you knowledge and wisdom today.
03:47 Let's start with the prayer.
03:49 [Prayer in Arabic]
03:57 Today we want to continue our study,
03:59 together with Ustaz Mustafa,
04:00 the page 117-118,
04:02 the book of surahs that may be challenging for some people
04:06 to understand these verses.
04:08 When we understand Surah Al-Ma'idah,
04:10 it was revealed after the Prophet emigrated,
04:13 close to the Fatwa of Mecca.
04:15 So, this 51st verse,
04:17 is indeed a verse used by someone,
04:20 from an individual in Indonesia.
04:22 He used this verse,
04:23 he said that,
04:24 [Prayer in Arabic]
04:28 "Do not take the Jews and the Christians as your leaders."
04:32 So, in the context of our country,
04:35 Malaysia,
04:36 wherever,
04:37 is it really not possible?
04:39 If it's not Islam,
04:40 no way to lead above,
04:43 or actually,
04:44 what does this verse mean?
04:46 Please.
04:47 [Prayer in Arabic]
04:50 The one that was revealed by Ustaz Tarr,
04:53 then Ustaz Faz,
04:54 and then all of us together,
04:57 in the studio today,
04:59 or today,
05:00 and then all of you watching.
05:03 So, Alhamdulillah,
05:04 today we are discussing,
05:05 in Surah Al-Ma'idah,
05:06 a verse from the Quran,
05:09 where Allah SWT has mentioned
05:11 about the characteristics of believers,
05:13 among them,
05:14 they cannot take the saints.
05:16 The saints,
05:17 from the interpretation,
05:18 they are in various categories.
05:20 They can be leaders,
05:22 they can be places of help,
05:24 they can be allies,
05:26 and they can also be someone
05:28 that we ask for something,
05:30 to release any difficulties that we have.
05:33 So, that's the context we want to understand first,
05:36 saints.
05:37 So, when we talk about saints,
05:39 then in general,
05:40 we have to understand,
05:41 that in issues related to leadership,
05:45 one more thing,
05:46 issues related to practice with humans,
05:48 then we can divide it into three categories first.
05:52 The first one,
05:53 we call it as leadership.
05:56 Leadership means,
05:57 for example,
05:58 he becomes a leader of the community,
06:00 and so on,
06:01 then here,
06:02 he becomes one of the big polymics,
06:05 from the scholars,
06:07 from the past until now.
06:09 There are some who forbid it,
06:10 like Imam Ibn Hazmi,
06:11 in total,
06:12 does not allow it.
06:13 In any situation,
06:15 as long as he is the leader,
06:16 then it is not allowed.
06:18 This is also Imam Ahmad's view,
06:19 and some others.
06:20 There are also some scholars,
06:22 who are quite lenient in this issue.
06:23 For example,
06:24 it is mentioned by Mazhab Shafi'i himself,
06:27 Imam Ramli,
06:28 Imam, for example,
06:29 Imam Abu Bakar,
06:30 Imam Arabi,
06:31 and others,
06:32 who state that it is necessary,
06:33 but there are conditions.
06:35 The first condition,
06:36 we can control them.
06:38 Meaning,
06:39 whatever action,
06:41 whatever they want to do,
06:42 there is a higher leadership,
06:45 who can control them,
06:47 on all the actions that are to be done.
06:49 That is the first.
06:50 The second is,
06:51 he comes,
06:52 called as,
06:53 'Tahakik Maslaha',
06:55 or 'Tahakum Maslaha',
06:56 bringing goodness to us,
06:58 and indeed there is a purpose.
07:00 Not just that.
07:01 Because maybe the experts,
07:02 maybe what,
07:03 he,
07:04 he can,
07:05 he can go forward at that time.
07:06 Therefore,
07:07 from the point of view of leadership,
07:09 with the conditions,
07:10 or two,
07:11 in brief,
07:12 the law must be based on the opinion that we mention.
07:15 Especially for a crowded country,
07:17 which is mixed,
07:18 there are various communities,
07:19 and so on.
07:20 But still,
07:21 there is,
07:22 he has,
07:23 not the main leadership,
07:24 but it is,
07:25 maybe,
07:26 an easy example,
07:27 maybe we say,
07:28 under him,
07:29 there is a community leader,
07:30 under him,
07:31 maybe there are ministers,
07:32 but the prime minister,
07:33 is still among the Muslims.
07:35 Therefore,
07:36 focus on our discussions.
07:38 The second,
07:39 asking for help,
07:40 can also be in the matter,
07:41 we want to go back to our village.
07:43 Like the example,
07:44 our audience in the studio,
07:46 maybe there is no one at home, right?
07:48 Coincidentally,
07:49 the person next door is non-Muslim.
07:50 Please,
07:51 I want to go to 'Iman Quran Time'
07:52 so please look around my house,
07:54 if there is anyone,
07:55 so non-Muslim.
07:56 Therefore,
07:57 in the issue of 'Ma'amalah',
07:58 it does not become an issue,
07:59 even though we ask for help,
08:00 ask for help from him.
08:01 Okay,
08:02 that is the second issue in the 'Fiqh'.
08:03 The third issue,
08:04 when it comes to the organization.
08:07 So,
08:08 this organization is an example.
08:09 There are three investors.
08:11 So,
08:12 these three investors,
08:13 we agree to make one company.
08:14 Two are Muslims,
08:15 one is not Muslim.
08:16 So,
08:17 can we share?
08:18 Because there is a tradition,
08:19 among the companions,
08:20 Ibn Abbas and others,
08:22 saying,
08:23 "Do not share,
08:25 share with Jews and Christians,
08:27 except with the Muslims."
08:29 Do not share,
08:30 share with Jews and Christians,
08:32 except with the Muslims.
08:35 It means,
08:36 for the company's policy,
08:38 for example,
08:39 who is the board of directors,
08:41 the head,
08:42 or the CEO,
08:43 it must be a Muslim.
08:44 But,
08:45 under him,
08:46 his friends have a percentage.
08:47 For example,
08:48 from these three people,
08:49 I say 40%,
08:51 Ustaz Faz says 30%,
08:54 another one is 20%.
08:55 It means,
08:56 he is not the highest shareholder of the company.
08:58 Therefore,
08:59 the law must be.
09:00 But,
09:01 if he is the shareholder,
09:02 because of the policy,
09:03 he does not care about the haram.
09:04 Therefore,
09:05 we have to follow,
09:06 because we do not have many shareholders.
09:07 We have 2%.
09:08 2% only,
09:09 or 20%,
09:10 or 30%.
09:11 He is 55%.
09:12 So,
09:13 we have to look at the situation,
09:15 because we understand the country,
09:16 the situation,
09:17 the society,
09:18 and so on.
09:19 Therefore,
09:20 the law of law sometimes must be in line
09:21 with such issues,
09:22 must be detailed.
09:23 However,
09:24 maybe there is an issue
09:25 among the Muslims,
09:26 who may commit adultery.
09:28 We will see later,
09:29 there are also slanderous words,
09:30 in the Surah Al-Ma'idah,
09:31 with non-Muslims.
09:33 But,
09:34 he is good.
09:35 So,
09:36 where is his balance?
09:37 And so on.
09:38 This is also a debate
09:39 and a polemic among the society.
09:40 Only,
09:41 people who commit adultery,
09:42 are not qualified to be leaders.
09:44 Thank you,
09:45 Rishakhan,
09:46 to Al-Fadil Sass Musafah,
09:47 for explaining
09:48 the term 'awliya'.
09:49 A big term,
09:50 that we need to understand,
09:52 according to the context,
09:53 a while ago,
09:54 leadership,
09:55 about the neighborhood,
09:56 practice with humans,
09:58 and also,
09:59 involving a company,
10:01 an organization,
10:02 which is related to policy,
10:04 and of course,
10:05 this policy is related to
10:06 Halal and Haram,
10:07 to be taken action.
10:09 So,
10:10 here we understand,
10:11 that it is very important,
10:13 we make sure,
10:14 our 'awliya'
10:15 are among people,
10:16 who have faith.
10:17 And if it involves,
10:18 non-Muslims,
10:20 the guidance,
10:21 that has been shared,
10:22 we need to make,
10:23 as a point of rejection,
10:26 to move forward.
10:28 We take a break,
10:29 after this,
10:30 we will continue,
10:31 the re-study of page 117,
10:33 My Quran Time,
10:34 Quran Salafi U'ala.

14:57 May Allah bless us,
14:58 we are back in My Quran Time,
15:00 Quran Salafi U'ala.
15:01 Together we look at,
15:02 pages 117 and 118,
15:05 for us to re-study together,
15:06 we have studied for 6 days,
15:09 to deepen to,
15:10 to these two pages.
15:12 And in the 52nd verse,
15:14 stated about people,
15:15 who have a disease in their heart,
15:18 [Arabic]
15:21 that is,
15:22 what do they say,
15:23 we are afraid,
15:24 we are afraid of the area,
15:26 what does it mean,
15:27 area in this verse,
15:28 for us to understand.
15:30 Bismillah,
15:31 wa salatu was salam,
15:32 'ala Rasulillah,
15:33 in general, this area,
15:35 we can understand,
15:36 said Al-Wahidi,
15:37 when explaining this issue,
15:39 this area means,
15:41 a disaster,
15:42 or calamity,
15:43 which is related to one person,
15:46 or one nation,
15:47 to another nation.
15:49 That is why in the Quran,
15:51 there is the word calamity,
15:52 there is the word slander,
15:54 slander,
15:55 this test,
15:56 usually we say there are various,
15:57 that is the concept,
15:58 using the word slander,
15:59 there are also those who use the word calamity,
16:01 calamity is the word of slander,
16:03 like Allah tests humans,
16:05 with fear,
16:06 like what Al-Baqarah said before,
16:08 verse 155 and so on,
16:09 so the next one,
16:11 there is the word area,
16:12 so this area is more focused,
16:14 more specific,
16:15 one nation,
16:16 to another nation,
16:18 meaning we have to be together,
16:20 that is why Imam Al-Bayhati said,
16:22 this verse is for Ubadah bin Samit,
16:25 and also one more companion,
16:27 which is not a companion,
16:29 but among the companions,
16:31 which is Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Salul,
16:33 so this verse is for,
16:35 these two verses,
16:36 51 and 52,
16:38 because basically,
16:39 because Ubadah bin Samit,
16:41 he was once a companion,
16:43 he was once a carrier,
16:45 or he was once with the Jews,
16:48 Bani Rabia,
16:49 Qayu Nuqa and so on,
16:52 but after converting to Islam,
16:54 he did not want to share,
16:56 or anything related to leadership with them,
16:58 but Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Salul,
17:00 he saw there was a strategy,
17:02 he needed to work together,
17:04 to defeat the Prophet SAW,
17:06 so he was also threatened,
17:08 in Madinah,
17:09 because since the Prophet came to Madinah,
17:11 he should be the Prime Minister,
17:12 but because the Prophet came,
17:14 the Prophet who wanted to be the Prime Minister,
17:15 could not be,
17:16 so he agreed with the Jews,
17:18 so he was called as an Awliya,
17:20 asking for help,
17:22 help,
17:23 to be a leader,
17:24 so to get,
17:26 or to get rid of the area,
17:29 to get rid of disasters,
17:30 to get rid of damage,
17:31 he needed an Awliya,
17:33 meaning he needed help from the Jews,
17:36 and he needed help from the people around him,
17:40 so that is why Allah SWT,
17:42 has sent down this verse,
17:44 so that all calamities,
17:46 all things,
17:47 be it political agenda,
17:49 wealth,
17:50 things,
17:51 leadership and so on,
17:52 there cannot be an Awliya,
17:54 meaning there cannot be for us,
17:56 to make a leader or ally with people who are not Muslims,
17:59 and at the same time,
18:01 the intention of a person is certain,
18:02 because of the area,
18:03 or the area,
18:04 the term can also be used,
18:06 area or area,
18:07 to avoid disasters,
18:08 so disasters,
18:09 the easy way is like this,
18:11 there is a football player,
18:12 we want to make it easy to understand,
18:13 a football player,
18:15 we assume this striker,
18:16 or this one,
18:17 is our friend,
18:18 meaning he looks like our ally,
18:20 he tells us the strategy,
18:22 if you pass the ball like this,
18:24 like this,
18:25 you will think he is a professional,
18:26 suddenly we want to play football,
18:28 he is beside us,
18:29 he is our opponent,
18:31 we see,
18:32 he should be with us,
18:33 why is he beside us,
18:34 it turns out he has an important role there,
18:37 meaning if he has a victory there,
18:39 maybe his salary or his bonus,
18:42 should be with us,
18:43 so we feel confused,
18:45 we feel suspicious of that situation,
18:47 because there are certain goals,
18:49 so disasters,
18:50 such as disasters,
18:52 we should be in any situation,
18:55 Allah will test us,
18:56 Allah will give us victory or defeat,
18:58 the important thing is there is effort and sincerity,
19:00 we should be together with the Islamic leadership,
19:03 we should be together with what the Quran
19:06 and the guidance has established,
19:08 and that is one of the things
19:10 a Muslim should do,
19:12 a believer should do,
19:14 not on the other side,
19:16 for the purpose of the world and the others.
19:19 Thank you, Fatih Usas Musafah,
19:21 for explaining how in the Quran,
19:23 the guidance is given to be political,
19:27 but of course,
19:29 this politics is not based on the idea of
19:32 Meshaveli,
19:33 which is to eliminate the way,
19:35 the important thing is I win,
19:37 but how to practice this relationship with humans,
19:42 in the best way,
19:44 because humans have many kinds of behavior,
19:46 and in this case,
19:48 there are people who have illness,
19:50 they have 30-40 faces,
19:52 they are near the ball team,
19:54 this, this, this,
19:56 because each has their own needs,
19:58 whereas for the Muslims,
20:00 we only worship Allah and the believers,
20:04 so when we talk about this,
20:06 the believers have said something in verse 53,
20:08 let's read together with Fatih Usas Tanweezy.
20:11 Thank you, Al-Fadhil Shafaz,
20:13 Al-Fadhil Shafaz Mustafa,
20:14 Tonton Talon Pompad,
20:15 Hannah Bonder,
20:16 the audience at home,
20:18 or any platform,
20:19 and also in the studio,
20:20 let's read verse 53,
20:23 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
20:27 And those who believe say,
20:35 "Are these the ones who swore by Allah
20:46 their strongest oaths?
20:50 Indeed, they are with you.
20:57 The deeds of the disbelievers have come to naught.
21:05 So they have become losers."
21:34 Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
21:42 Thank you, Al-Fadhil Shafaz.
21:43 We have read verse 53,
21:45 "And the Jews are believers."
21:47 The believers say something,
21:50 respond to the hypocrites,
21:54 to the Christians Jews
21:56 in Mecca and Medina.
21:58 And what are their words?
22:00 This is what we want to discuss together
22:03 after this to ensure that the self-esteem
22:05 of the believers remains and is not easily
22:08 shaken in the continuation of the success
22:11 of the struggle in life.
22:13 We take a break.
22:14 We come to the Quran time.
22:15 Quran Salafi Mufarak.

23:49 The verse about fasting,
23:51 "Ayyaman ma'abdudat."
23:53 These are days that are short.
23:56 Even now, it's been 20 days.
23:58 We don't even notice it's been 20 days.
24:00 What we can't do is,
24:02 we can't ignore our time.
24:05 We'll be asked about our free time.
24:09 The Prophet said,
24:11 Two blessings that most people are blessed with.
24:18 "As-sahhatu wal-farag."
24:20 Sahat means healthy.
24:23 Al-farag is free time.
24:26 When it's night, you don't know what to do.
24:29 That's the problem.
24:31 Fill your free time with what we said earlier.
24:34 Whatever form of worship,
24:36 whether it's a special one or a general one,
24:38 helping Muslims, animals,
24:41 that needs our help, we'll help.
24:43 We've filled our time with that.
24:45 What we can't do is,
24:47 we can't waste our time.

25:14 We're back in My Quran Time, Quran Salat Infa.
25:16 We're reading page 117 and 118 today.
25:21 We're with Al-Fadl S. Mustafa Suki.
25:23 We're reading some verses from Surah Al-Ma'idah.
25:29 We've just read verse 53
25:32 from the believers.
25:35 [Al-Fadl S. Mustafa Suki recites verse 53]
25:41 Maybe you can explain why this verse is mentioned in verse 53.
25:45 [Al-Fadl S. Mustafa Suki recites verse 53]
25:48 We can understand that this verse is a continuation
25:51 of verses 51 and 52,
25:54 where Allah SWT tells the story of the hypocrites,
25:58 especially Abdullah ibn Ubaid bin Salul
26:00 and his group, including Jews and Christians,
26:03 when they were sharing
26:05 the story of how the Prophet fell.
26:09 At that time, Allah recorded,
26:11 according to Dr. Wabah Zuhaili,
26:13 the believers were asking each other.
26:16 For example, I and Ustaz Faz,
26:18 I was wondering why he did that.
26:21 Why did he take such a step?
26:23 They were asking each other.
26:25 And among the believers,
26:27 i.e. the companions,
26:29 the question was referring to
26:31 their wrong assumptions.
26:35 Because Abdullah ibn Ubaid bin Salul was with the Prophet.
26:37 Abdullah ibn Ubaid bin Salul was always
26:39 with his, how do we say,
26:41 his companions.
26:43 So, I didn't expect that.
26:45 So, they were asking each other.
26:47 That was a solid proof that
26:49 firstly, sometimes we don't understand
26:51 something that is related,
26:53 something that is opposite.
26:55 So, we can't keep on wrong guessing
26:57 or make a decision.
27:00 It is not right.
27:02 Even in the issues that are happening today.
27:04 That's why we need an explanation.
27:06 We need the person to defend himself, etc.
27:09 Or read between the two sides.
27:11 This one is accusing,
27:12 this one is trying to re-establish the accusation.
27:14 That was one way of how the believers
27:16 at that time, they submitted and agreed
27:18 before making a decision.
27:20 So that Allah revealed that
27:21 he was Abdullah ibn Ubaid bin Salul.
27:23 Not among the believers,
27:25 but on the contrary.
27:26 Secondly,
27:27 Imam Fakhudi al-Razi said in his tafsir,
27:32 he mentioned that here,
27:34 they swore
27:37 to defend Islam,
27:39 to be with the believers, etc.
27:42 That's why I brought up a simple situation.
27:44 Sometimes, we don't need to go far.
27:45 Let's say we sell one item.
27:48 As a buyer,
27:50 he has the right to survey the price.
27:52 He wants to see the cheapest price, etc.
27:54 He will ask us.
27:55 When he asks us,
27:56 he will ask that person,
27:57 that person.
27:58 There are 3-4 people he will ask.
27:59 So,
28:00 after that, he messaged us,
28:02 he said, "I'm sorry, I can't buy it.
28:03 I found a cheaper price."
28:05 That's heart-breaking.
28:07 He doesn't need to say it.
28:08 He found a cheaper price.
28:09 It's like this.
28:10 When Abdullah ibn Ubaid bin Salul
28:12 openly supported the Jews
28:14 with them, etc.
28:16 That's why the declaration
28:18 or what he did
28:20 made the believers really heartbroken.
28:23 All of us should feel heartbroken
28:25 because our religion
28:27 is being distorted.
28:28 Especially, people like this.
28:30 That's why we can't say,
28:31 "It's okay. Just assume.
28:33 Even though we know he's wrong.
28:34 It's okay. No problem."
28:35 We can't.
28:36 We feel that,
28:37 the situation makes us hate
28:39 something that is not accepted,
28:42 something that goes beyond
28:44 what the guidance should be
28:45 from the Quran
28:46 and the hadiths of the Prophet SAW.
28:48 This is our attitude.
28:49 This is our attitude towards
28:51 the issues that are happening out there
28:53 or the issues that involve our religion.
28:55 That's the guidance.
28:57 In the 53rd verse,
28:59 Allah explains about our stand.
29:02 Our stand is not
29:04 whatever.
29:06 It doesn't matter
29:07 if people want to follow
29:09 or not follow the rules.
29:10 But Allah places
29:12 "Habitatak maluhum fa'asbahu haw sirin"
29:14 as one of our stand.
29:17 That if there are people
29:19 who play with the box
29:21 of this religion,
29:22 we know that
29:23 it destroys their deeds
29:25 and they are at loss.
29:26 And there,
29:27 to make sure that
29:28 there is no term
29:29 "normalization"
29:30 "Nilai"
29:31 What does it mean?
29:32 Sometimes we feel that
29:33 for example,
29:34 people dance
29:36 and teach
29:37 to pick up lines
29:39 to the teachers
29:41 and this is too much.
29:43 We feel that this is not right.
29:45 But when we have heard
29:46 many times,
29:47 we don't know
29:48 what to do.
29:49 So,
29:50 we need to build
29:52 and take care of that.
29:54 Don't let it change
29:55 in one day.
29:57 If it changes,
29:58 then the value
29:59 in the Quran
30:00 will be
30:01 put aside.
30:02 And that is also
30:03 what is emphasized
30:04 in verse 54.
30:06 A call to us
30:07 to build faith
30:09 with a clear foundation.
30:11 Let's read verse 54
30:12 with Al-Fatihah.
30:14 Thank you, Fatihah.
30:15 Al-Fatihah, Mustafa, Ibrahim,
30:16 and all the companions of the Quran.
30:18 We are grateful to Allah.
30:19 We want to read
30:20 the next verse.
30:21 It is a bit long.
30:22 That is verse 54.
30:24 Interesting, right?
30:25 There is a sentence
30:26 in the Quran.
30:27 "Azillatin 'alal mu'minin"
30:29 It is soft.
30:30 "Azillatin 'alal mu'minin"
30:32 But there is another one.
30:33 "A'izzatin 'alal kafirin"
30:35 It is hard to pronounce.
30:37 What is the opposite?
30:38 Al-Fatihah will share
30:40 later.
30:41 Let's read verse 54.
30:43 "A'udhu billahi minash shaitani r-rajim"
30:46 "Ya ayyuhal-ladhina amanu man yartad minkum 'an d-dihi"
30:59 "Fasawfa ya'ti Allahu biqawmin yuhibbuhum wa yuhibbunahu"
31:19 "Azillatin 'alal mu'minin"
31:29 "A'izzatin 'alal kafirin"
31:42 "Ya lika fadlullahi yuhti'i man yashaa"
31:52 "Wallahu wasi'un 'alim"
32:01 "Sadaqallahul 'azim"
32:06 "As-salau 'ala al-lazim"
32:07 Verse 54.
32:08 Allah said, "O you who believe,
32:10 "Yartad minkum"
32:12 Here, it might be related to the term "Murtad".
32:14 "Murtad" and "Dih"
32:16 What is the meaning of "Murtad" from the religion?
32:18 And then Allah said, "Betukar"
32:20 "Change people"
32:22 with other people.
32:23 Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
32:25 Generally, "Murtad" is
32:27 among the Tafsir scholars,
32:29 among Dr. Abbas Zuhaili and other scholars,
32:32 divided into three things.
32:34 The first, we understand that
32:36 he really came out of Islam.
32:38 He went to any religion, we don't know.
32:40 He really came out of Islam.
32:41 Maybe because of the Islamic system,
32:43 maybe Islam is not explained properly,
32:45 he doesn't understand it properly,
32:46 then it makes him come out of Islam.
32:48 That's the first.
32:49 The second, he came out of Islam,
32:50 chose another religion.
32:52 That also brings the meaning of "Murtad".
32:54 The third,
32:55 it could be that he didn't come out of Islam,
32:57 he didn't even make ishtihar.
32:59 But he denies any
33:01 rukun in the Islamic rukun.
33:03 That's why the words of Qadha and Radhiallahu anhu,
33:05 this verse focuses on the issue
33:08 related to the group of Murtad
33:09 in the time of Sayyidina Abu Bakar al-Asidiq
33:11 radhiallahu anhu,
33:12 when they refused to pay zakat.
33:14 But actually,
33:15 what we usually say in schools,
33:17 what we usually hear,
33:19 those who don't pay zakat,
33:20 actually, the discussion is still long.
33:22 Because the actual meaning of not paying zakat,
33:24 is not paying zakat through the government
33:26 or not paying zakat at all.
33:28 That's a long discussion
33:30 in the Tafsir al-Qurtubi.
33:32 It brings many stories,
33:33 which state that actually,
33:35 it's not that they didn't pay zakat.
33:37 But they didn't pay it to the right government.
33:39 Like today,
33:41 many people don't pay zakat.
33:43 They pay it themselves.
33:44 According to the law,
33:45 according to the government,
33:47 they have to pay zakat.
33:48 That's as a government.
33:49 So we say,
33:50 there are many issues about this.
33:52 I just want to clarify,
33:54 the issues related to Murtad
33:56 coming out of Islam,
33:57 choosing another religion,
33:58 and so on,
33:59 we will see in the long history,
34:01 it happened more,
34:03 we say, in the old times.
34:05 Look at the situation after Prophet Ibrahim AS,
34:07 then Prophet Ishaq,
34:09 then Prophet Ya'qub,
34:10 Prophet Yusuf,
34:11 and then his siblings,
34:13 Levi, Yahuza, and so on,
34:15 until the group,
34:17 until finally,
34:18 the 12 of them,
34:19 rule in Palestine.
34:21 And finally,
34:22 they,
34:23 when they are great,
34:24 they finally fell.
34:25 They came to Bukhtanasar,
34:26 destroyed everything.
34:28 Then,
34:29 they asked for help to Talut and Jalut,
34:31 and then,
34:32 they were not satisfied,
34:33 why did they choose Talut?
34:34 Why not among us?
34:36 Prophet Daud was there,
34:37 and then they won.
34:38 They became people,
34:39 finally,
34:40 they were destroyed,
34:41 they fell,
34:42 committed sins,
34:43 Allah changed the other people,
34:44 and there were governments,
34:45 at that time,
34:46 if we look at the government of Pharaoh,
34:48 finally,
34:49 originally,
34:50 they were in Egypt,
34:51 but finally,
34:52 they were able to rule Palestine,
34:53 and then,
34:54 and so on.
34:55 Meaning,
34:56 there will be a corner,
34:57 when people do not believe.
34:58 That is the problem.
34:59 When we do not believe,
35:00 when we lack,
35:01 many sins,
35:02 many sins,
35:03 then Allah will change the people.
35:04 Maybe the people are evil,
35:06 but,
35:07 they will have the power to overthrow us.
35:09 And there,
35:10 maybe we learn,
35:11 how to win,
35:12 and so on.
35:13 We won,
35:14 and then,
35:15 we won,
35:16 Alpha.
35:17 They became like Leqa,
35:18 and so on.
35:19 Then,
35:20 Allah SWT said,
35:21 they will be replaced.
35:22 That is why,
35:23 issues related to apostates,
35:24 issues related to people,
35:26 people who disobey their obligations,
35:27 and so on.
35:28 This is an issue that needs to be dealt with,
35:30 in the best way,
35:31 in our religion.
35:32 And it is not easy,
35:33 to say,
35:34 apostates must be killed.
35:35 But,
35:36 how is their understanding?
35:37 How is the legal aspect?
35:38 From what is the Sharia?
35:40 Then,
35:41 all of that needs to be,
35:42 really,
35:43 to be clarified in issues like this.
35:44 May Allah bless you.
35:45 Thank you, Al-Fadhil.
35:46 Mustafa explained,
35:47 about the term,
35:48 "Yertat" and "Minkum"
35:49 a while ago.
35:50 Apostates are three groups,
35:52 meaning,
35:53 those who leave the religion,
35:54 go to another religion,
35:55 and also,
35:56 apostates,
35:57 in this religion,
35:58 who are rejected.
36:00 And,
36:01 maybe the name of the group in IC,
36:02 is still Islam,
36:03 but they do not want to do it.
36:05 And this,
36:06 invites,
36:07 to change,
36:09 the people chosen by Allah,
36:11 to continue,
36:13 the success,
36:14 or the domination,
36:15 for an area.
36:16 And it is important.
36:17 That is why,
36:18 in this Surah Al-Ma'idah,
36:19 if it is in Surah Al-Makkiah,
36:21 when it is not successful,
36:22 we want to succeed.
36:23 But, when it is successful,
36:24 it needs to be managed,
36:25 because,
36:26 the people of Al-Pa'a,
36:27 and when Al-Pa'a,
36:28 the Islamic State fell,
36:29 in 1921,
36:30 it was not because of,
36:31 other people,
36:32 but,
36:33 the people,
36:34 who started,
36:35 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:36 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:37 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:38 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:39 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:40 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:41 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:42 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:43 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:44 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:45 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:46 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:47 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:48 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:49 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:50 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:51 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:52 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:53 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:54 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:55 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:56 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:57 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:58 the people of Al-Hurafat,
36:59 the people of Al-Hurafat,
37:00 the people of Al-Hurafat,
37:01 the people of Al-Hurafat,
37:02 the people of Al-Hurafat,
37:03 the people of Al-Hurafat,
37:04 the people of Al-Hurafat,
37:05 the people of Al-Hurafat,
37:16 the people of Al-Hurafat.

38:28 This hadith is categorized as a false hadith
38:31 because it has the characteristics of a false hadith,
38:34 which is a simple practice,
38:36 meaning one practice,
38:37 but its meaning is like the meaning of the Prophet Ibrahim.
38:40 MashaAllah,
38:41 that's how it is,
38:42 so it is said that Usain,
38:43 on the eighth night of the Tarawih prayer,
38:45 received the rewards of Prophet Ibrahim.
38:47 What's interesting is that I have this book.
38:49 MashaAllah.
38:50 I have this book,
38:51 it says,
38:52 "The First Night of the Rewards of the Prophet Ibrahim".
38:54 But we didn't really study it back then.
38:57 So, we know about the hadiths that are viral but not authentic,
39:01 we take it as a proof.
39:03 That's right.
39:04 This is very important,
39:05 we learn about the study of this hadith.
39:07 Perhaps, before this,
39:08 there were many hadiths that we are used to hearing in society,
39:12 but we are worried that these hadiths are not authentic.
39:17 And one of the characteristics of a false hadith,
39:21 as mentioned in the previous slide,
39:23 is that it is a very big sin against a practice.
39:27 [Music]
39:52 I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan.
39:57 Why do not the Rabbis and the Ahbab forbid them from speaking of sin
40:13 and their people are unlawful?
40:18 How wretched is that which they hear!
40:31 Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
40:38 Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
40:40 We are back in My Quran Time, Quran Salat Infaq.
40:42 We are re-reading the page 117.
40:45 And this time we are reading the 63rd verse,
40:48 page 118,
40:49 where Allah states that the Rabbis and the Ahbab should rebuke the word of sin
40:58 and eat the unlawful things.
41:01 Perhaps Ustaz can tell us why.
41:03 In the Quran, Allah has often given comments to the Ustaz-Ustaz of the Banu Isra'il era.
41:12 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
41:15 From the basic point of view, we have to be clear that all people,
41:19 regardless of their level, whether they are professors, doctors, Ustaz, etc.,
41:23 all work together in the issue of Amal Makruf Nahi Munkar.
41:26 And everything that we see, everyone has to play their own role.
41:29 A mother, perhaps she is at home, but when she goes out to the shop,
41:34 for example, she sees that there are children doing bad things in the playground.
41:37 That is her responsibility to rebuke Amal Makruf Nahi Munkar.
41:40 It is not necessarily the focus of the Ustaz or anyone else, but everyone.
41:44 But this verse, as if in the language we call it,
41:47 it is a cover-up for the so-called religious people,
41:49 who are silent, who are important, who have, what do we say,
41:55 a deep, which is not strong enough and stable,
41:58 to say, "If I insist, I can't go to college anymore.
42:01 If I insist, I can't go on TV anymore.
42:04 If I insist, I can't do this and that, people don't call me and they don't like it."
42:07 Or for example, this method must be funny.
42:10 Later, if it is not funny, people will not call me.
42:13 So, what is our real purpose?
42:15 What is our purpose as someone who conveys religion?
42:18 So, Allah denies this verse.
42:20 That is why Imam al-Tabari said, "These bad deeds,
42:24 such as Suhud, which means eating forbidden things,
42:29 and the focus of this verse, says Imam al-Tabari, is corruption.
42:32 Corruption is indeed, we say, a thing that is denormalized.
42:36 Some people call it money, pocket money,
42:39 money for the down payment, etc.
42:42 Money for Umrah, money for house renovation.
42:44 All of these are translated in the original term of corruption.
42:47 If we want to say corruption, it is corruption.
42:49 But we harmonize it so that it looks like it is not corruption.
42:52 So, all of these involve the bad deeds
42:54 among the people of Bani Israel, which they do not admit.
42:58 And Allah also refers to the beautiful, from the perspective of verse 56,
43:02 "This is what we do not want to become to the party of Satan."
43:06 Where Allah refers to the party of Allah.
43:09 Who is this party of Allah?
43:10 Allah refers to the people who believe,
43:13 truly, truly, truly have righteousness,
43:15 then this is the party of Allah, verse 56.
43:17 In the Quran, there are four places.
43:18 The party of Allah, the party of Satan.
43:20 Two parties of Allah, two parties of Satan.
43:22 Where is it? Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 56.
43:24 The party of Allah.
43:25 Surah Al-Muja'dalah, verse 19.
43:28 The party of Allah.
43:29 Allah said, when he descended to Abu Ubaidah Al-Jarrah,
43:32 even though the hadith was weak,
43:33 he said that he was willing to repent of anything,
43:35 even though it meant killing his father,
43:37 then this is truly,
43:39 the one who is with the army of Allah, the party of Allah.
43:42 Then there is the party of Satan.
43:44 The party of Satan, if we look back in Surah Al-Muja'dalah,
43:46 verse 22,
43:48 it is back to the people of the hypocrites.
43:50 So, the party of Satan, which follows Satan,
43:52 which becomes a party,
43:54 or follows this army,
43:56 this army is related to,
43:58 how do we say, committing sins and so on,
44:00 the party of Satan.
44:01 Then Allah said in Surah Fatihah, verse 6,
44:04 the party of Allah.
44:05 There is no word Allah.
44:07 So, it is a bit strange there,
44:08 because the party is with Allah,
44:09 so it is back to the power of Allah's test,
44:12 making the Satan,
44:13 the Satan that humans follow,
44:15 without any intermediary,
44:17 the hypocrites, nothing.
44:19 So, here it shows that,
44:20 the human condition,
44:21 whatever the condition,
44:23 whatever happens,
44:24 we have religion, we have faith,
44:26 whatever we can claim,
44:27 it is natural to claim,
44:29 and not to the religious people,
44:31 the religious people should play a bigger role,
44:34 including the public and anyone.
44:36 That is the truth,
44:37 and the truth cannot be changed,
44:39 just by keeping quiet.
44:41 Thank you for your answer,
44:43 Al-Fadhil Sassi Musafah,
44:44 explaining about responsibility for the religious community,
44:47 to uphold,
44:48 that is the most important,
44:49 the most important task.
44:51 But at the same time,
44:52 the public also needs to have the spirit,
44:55 as a community,
44:56 that calls for goodness,
44:58 to prevent disobedience.
44:59 So, when there is a public,
45:01 condemning and encouraging goodness,
45:04 the religious leaders also encourage,
45:06 so it is harmonious, right?
45:08 Otherwise, the ustaz who condemns,
45:11 finally people say,
45:12 "Ah, the religious people are halal, haram, halal, haram."
45:14 It turns out,
45:15 because the community takes halal, haram,
45:18 or denial as a thing that disturbs privacy,
45:21 whereas in reality,
45:23 that is the truth,
45:24 for us to follow the path of righteousness,
45:27 the path to continue the success in the world,
45:30 until the hereafter of Allah.
45:33 So, we pray to Allah SWT,
45:34 we become people who always,
45:36 deny the wrong things,
45:39 so that it is not normalized,
45:41 not harmonious in our family,
45:44 until it destroys the institution of family,
45:48 community and this country.
45:50 At the end, let us pray together,
45:52 with Fatiha Ustaz Mustafa.
45:54 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan,
45:55 in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
45:56 All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
45:58 And peace and blessings be upon the most honored of the prophets,
46:00 and upon his family and companions.
46:02 O Allah, we ask You for good,
46:04 good provision and acceptable deeds.
46:06 O Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful.
46:07 O Allah, make the Quran a guide,
46:09 which is close to our hearts and our bodies.
46:11 O Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful.
46:13 Make what we are learning today,
46:15 as a practice,
46:16 as a straight path,
46:18 for us to follow your religion,
46:19 and to elevate the status of your religion.
46:21 O Allah, accept our prayers.
46:23 Indeed, You are the All-Knowing, the All-Knowing.
46:25 And forgive us, O our Lord,
46:26 indeed, You are the Most Merciful.
46:28 And praise be to Allah, the Most High.
46:30 And grant them peace.
46:31 And fulfill their prayers.
46:32 And our prayers are all praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
46:34 Ameen, Ameen, O Lord of the worlds.
46:36 May Allah continue to give us guidance,
46:39 and lead us in every time.
46:41 There are you in the studio,
46:43 people of Melaka, people of the 9 provinces,
46:45 and all over the country in Malaysia,
46:46 who are present at home,
46:48 and also all over the world,
46:49 who are watching in Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Singapore,
46:53 where we pray that we continue to support
46:57 the value of the Quran
46:59 which is given to us to look after.
47:03 And this is also an opportunity,
47:04 you are together in the movement of the Quran,
47:06 where you can contribute to the number displayed,
47:09 or contact the number in the link,
47:11 for us to hold various programs,
47:15 various awareness,
47:16 or awareness activities,
47:18 to strengthen the Quran,
47:19 and certainly,
47:20 one of the things we have just discussed,
47:22 to condemn the wrongdoing,
47:24 and to lead to the things
47:26 that Allah has ordained.
47:29 Maybe at this end,
47:30 we want to read the verse of Hizbullah,
47:34 verse 56,
47:36 as a conclusion,
47:37 before we conclude today.
47:39 Here.
47:40 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
47:44 And whoever takes as a friend Allah and His Messenger
47:56 and those who believe,
48:01 then surely, the party of Allah,
48:21 they are the victors.
48:33 [Surah Al-Fatihah]
49:01 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
