Rope snaps during Black Nazarene's 'traslacion'

Officials of Quiapo said that the rope snapped when the image of the Black Nazarene was about to turn right to Arlegui Street corner Quezon Boulevard.
The rope was returned to Quiapo Church by hundreds of devotees who kept holding onto it at around 1:40 p.m. Some mistakenly thought the carriage had already reached the church.
