In continuation of my ongoing efforts to free myself from a decade-long protracted captivity in Greece, I once again visited the Canadian Embassy in Athens on Thursday, December 14th, 2023, to seek an audience with their Ambassador.
Despite dispatching written entreaties expressly for this purpose, proffered respectively on November 23rd and December 07th, 2023, my overtures elicited no response; and upon my anticipated arrival, I was greeted with the sight of the reception’s curtain being drawn near to closing.
Moreover, the reception’s conduct fell short of expected standards, mirroring previous patterns of engagement and leading to an unsatisfactory outcome as an audience with embassy officials, including the Ambassador, could not be secured. This occurred despite confirmation that the Ambassador had been notified of my request.
