A tourist in the Maldives was the picture of serenity as they floated alongside a number of nurse sharks, footage posted to Instagram on June 26 shows. Video by Rizkhan Mohamed of Shadowpalm Tours shows the swimmer gliding gently through the water as a number of nurse sharks (harmless to humans, “for the most part”, according to National Geographic) move underneath them in Vaavu Atoll. “A view from the skies of how shark’s silhouettes dances beneath the surface while we are enjoying their presence,” the company captioned the video.
