Owners of 'uninhabitable' Mascot towers thrown a lilfeline

Mascot towers remains uninhabitable, more than four years after residents were forced to evacuate when cracks were found in the basement. Now, owners are been offered a chance to cancel their strata debts and outstanding mortgages.
