00:04 A first of its kind purpose built LGBTQ+ extra care housing development could be built on
00:09 the site of the former Spire Hospital.
00:11 New proposals show plans to build 120 apartments for over 55s on Russell Road in Wally Range.
00:19 A new health centre could soon replace a phone shop and travel store in the centre of Denton.
00:24 The unit where the O2 shop was based in Crown Point North Shopping Park would become a new
00:29 diagnostics health centre if plans are approved.
00:34 And finally, fitness guru Joe Wicks will be hosting a three-day fitness experience for
00:38 all ages in Manchester's brand new multi-use venue Aviva Studios.
00:43 Move Manchester will be taking place from Friday 26th January to Sunday 28th January
