London headlines: Heavy rain causes flooding in London

Heavy rain on Thursday night (January 4) brought flooding to parts of Londonand disrupted rail services around the south of England.  Two further arrests have been made in the murder investigation launched after Harry Pitman was killed on Primrose Hill on New Year's Eve.
