3 जनवरी को आमिर खान की बेटी आयरा खान की उनके लॉन्ग ट्राइम बॉयफ्रेंड नुपुर शिखरे संग शादी हो गई. खास बात ये थी कि आयरा खान की शादी बॉलीवुड की बिग फैट वेडिंग से कोसो दूर थी. दूल्हा-दुल्हन के आउटफिट से लेकर हर चीज बेहद सामान्य थी. यहां तक कि आयरा के सपनों के राजकुमार और आमिर खान के दामाद नुपुर शिखरे तो शॉर्ट्स और बनियान पहनकर ही अपनी बारात लेकर आ गए.अपनी शादी में ना तो आयरा ने कोई महंगा लहंगा या डिजाइनर आउफिट पहना था और ना ही नुपुर ने कोई महंगी शेरवानी पहनी थी. लहंगा और साड़ी की बजाय आयरा कूल दुल्हन के अंदाज में नजर आईं. उन्होंने लाइट पिंक कलर की हैरम पैंच के साथ बॉटल ग्रीन कलर का ब्लाउज कैरी किया था और मैचिंग दुप्पट्टा लिया हुआ था. आयरा ने कोल्हापुरी चप्पल के साथ अपने दुल्हन के लुक को कंप्लीट किया था.
